漫漫的日常中，我們現(xiàn)有生活的方式有很多既定的評(píng)判標(biāo)準(zhǔn)，有很多司空見(jiàn)慣的思維方式和處事的邏輯，這是漫長(zhǎng)的社會(huì)演變的一個(gè)階段性體現(xiàn)。而往往階段性的周期變化，在大的時(shí)間維度下才能讓人察覺(jué)：有時(shí)3年、有時(shí)30年、有時(shí)覆蓋了人的一生。在大的時(shí)間維度下，無(wú)論對(duì)錯(cuò)，小波動(dòng)的累積，往往也造成了變化。而這變化，周期性地推動(dòng)社會(huì)向前滾動(dòng)。

And right or wrong, in the larger time dimension, it may be a small fluctuation, but the accumulation of small fluctuations often results in a change that, cyclically, pushes society to roll forward.

很多事情難以捉摸，但是如果善于總結(jié)，不一定是時(shí)間的疊加，你會(huì)發(fā)現(xiàn)很多有意思的規(guī)律。而這些規(guī)律，也許不是指導(dǎo)你去怎么做，可能只是教你不怎么做，亦或是，讓你淡然些，靜觀(guān)變化。

A lot of things are elusive, but if you are good at summarizing, not necessarily the superposition of time, you will find many interesting laws. And these laws, perhaps not to guide you to how to do, may just teach you not to do, or, so that you are more calm, quietly watching the changes.

01

住宅應(yīng)該是有生命力的

會(huì)生長(zhǎng)的

這是一個(gè)有愛(ài)的家，爸爸媽媽和兩個(gè)孩子：弟弟喜歡研究各種東西，姐姐拉得一手自帶光環(huán)的大提琴，媽媽L女士是個(gè)古琴古箏小能手，爸爸J先生是有很多復(fù)雜又簡(jiǎn)單工作和生活的多面手。

This is a loving home with two children, a younger brother who likes to study all kinds of things, an older sister who plays the cello with a halo of her own, a mother, Mrs. L, who is an expert in the guqin and guzheng, and a father, Mr. J, who is a multi-faceted person with many complex yet simple jobs and lives.

這個(gè)房子很大的一個(gè)起心動(dòng)念，源于兩個(gè)孩子的成長(zhǎng)和陪伴。教育內(nèi)卷已經(jīng)不是什么新鮮話(huà)題，想明白并去執(zhí)行的人少之又少。而J先生的通透和豁然跟自身經(jīng)歷和思考有關(guān)。因此身體力行的陪伴、交流方法、形成自驅(qū)力就是主題了，小孩和大人都有很多可能性：不設(shè)限、自然而然的發(fā)生、學(xué)會(huì)獨(dú)立的評(píng)判標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。

So we hope the venue to be simple. A little freedom starts from the architecture.

應(yīng)對(duì)場(chǎng)地的建筑限制

加減法簡(jiǎn)潔化設(shè)計(jì)

二十年前的瘋狂地產(chǎn)造就了很多新奇現(xiàn)象，就像這里直接模仿了一個(gè)歐洲小鎮(zhèn)的樣子。這棟建筑突然地出現(xiàn)在中國(guó)福州閩侯的一個(gè)山腳下。面對(duì)現(xiàn)狀，我們梳理了一下立面關(guān)系，將破敗的線(xiàn)條直接去掉、簡(jiǎn)化，然后用一些金屬框套來(lái)限制一些視野，平衡建筑內(nèi)外的關(guān)系。同時(shí)，我們將老舊的涂料簡(jiǎn)化翻新，用的是很傳統(tǒng)的彈涂工藝，形成一種肌理，重塑整個(gè)建筑外觀(guān)。

The crazy real estate created a lot of novel phenomena from twenty years ago, like this one which directly imitates the appearance of a European town.It suddenly appeared at the foot of a mountain in Minhou, Fuzhou, China. So we sorted out the relationship between the fa?ade to face the current situation, the dilapidated lines are also directly removed, simplified, with some metal frames to limit the field of view, balancing the relationship between inside and outside the building. At the same time, the old paint was simplified and renovated. The traditional pop-up coating process was used to form a texture and reshape the entire building appearance.

空地是城市里寶貴的資源。我們對(duì)于花園的想象，不是傳統(tǒng)的各種造景，更多的是放空的一片綠色草地，是孩子和狗狗的天地，是一個(gè)休憩的空間，也是回憶里小時(shí)候的老家。

Open space is a valuable resource in the city, and the imagination for the garden is not traditional landscaping, but more of a green meadow, a place for children and dogs, and a campfire next to the meadow, a resting space, and at the same time, a reminiscence of the old home when I was a child, and the cohesion of the elders.

建筑的外表情語(yǔ)言

立面的細(xì)部構(gòu)造上，建筑師采用設(shè)計(jì)的一體化語(yǔ)言：簡(jiǎn)潔的框架線(xiàn)條勾勒出形體的輪廓，在建筑立面上形成線(xiàn)、塊、面等語(yǔ)言。一個(gè)一個(gè)的框，就像房子的眼睛、手臂——觀(guān)察、觸摸。深灰色的金屬框套形成塊面關(guān)系、米白色外墻涂料給建筑增添了肌理感。不同線(xiàn)性分割形成的細(xì)部構(gòu)造讓建筑更加立體。

The detailed construction of the fa?ade forms an integrated language of design, with simple frame lines outlining the contours of the form. The language of lines, blocks and surfaces is formed on the fa?ade of the building. One by one, the frames are like the eyes and arms of the house---observing and touching. The dark gray metal frame sets form a block relationship, and the beige exterior paint adds a sense of texture to the building. The detailed construction formed by different linear divisions makes the building more three-dimensional.

開(kāi)放的空間

自由的開(kāi)始

梳理完方向，我們給這個(gè)建筑組織了一個(gè)使用方式：一種用感受就能體驗(yàn)空間意圖的呈現(xiàn)。負(fù)一層和一層相對(duì)更具有公共性：面對(duì)社區(qū)，面對(duì)家族成員，面對(duì)好多朋友。不需要門(mén)禁，來(lái)去自由。而在去三樓的樓梯口，我們用核心筒的一部分形成一個(gè)門(mén)，采用軟性的間隔來(lái)劃分公共與私密的邊界。核心筒串聯(lián)起整個(gè)空間垂直交通的功能屬性，透明電梯在其間穿梭。這種使用方式擴(kuò)展了“家”的邊界，使互動(dòng)成為日常居住體驗(yàn)的一部分。自由平面也為場(chǎng)所帶來(lái)活力。

After sorting out the direction, we organized a way of using this building.The negative floor and the first floor are relatively public, facing the community, facing the family members, facing a lot of friends. There's no need for access control, it's free to come and go. In the stairway to the third floor, we use a part of the core cylinder to form a door, a soft interval to delineate the boundary between public and private.The core connects the functional attributes of vertical transportation of the whole space, and the transparent elevator shuttles between them.Expanding the boundaries of “Home” and making interaction a part of the daily living experience, the free-form planes bring vitality to the place as a base from which to grow and look to the future.

用樂(lè)高的基礎(chǔ)引伸，以色彩的最初狀態(tài)為出發(fā)點(diǎn)，我們想要的是一種自由的開(kāi)始：一樓區(qū)域被定義為開(kāi)放的空間，在原始的結(jié)構(gòu)框架下沒(méi)有通過(guò)墻體來(lái)劃分功能模塊，而是放空平面，置入藍(lán)盒子來(lái)串聯(lián)起整個(gè)空間：下沉休閑區(qū)、音樂(lè)教室由此展開(kāi)。盒子一端開(kāi)口，沖破建筑并以此打開(kāi)通往戶(hù)外空間的端口，打開(kāi)的洞口與核心筒的孔洞呼應(yīng)。

Using the basis of Lego and the initial state of color as the starting point, what we want is a free start.The first floor area, defined as an open space, is not divided into functional modules by walls under the original structural framework, but the blue box is placed in the empty plane to link up the whole space, and the sunken recreation area and the music classroom are thus unfolded..The opening at one end of the box breaks through the building and opens a port to the outdoor space, and the opening echoes with the holes in the core.

藍(lán)色盒子像置入的一塊樂(lè)高

透過(guò)窗口，看見(jiàn)一幕幕生活舞臺(tái)劇

在這里“盒子”本身就是一個(gè)功能載體，一個(gè)空間可根據(jù)需求同時(shí)被用于走、坐、躺等目的。人們可以探索這個(gè)空間獨(dú)特的使用方式，這也是另一種體驗(yàn)。

Here the “box” itself is a functional carrier, a space that can be used for walking, sitting and lying at the same time according to the demand, exploring the unique way of

using this space is also another experience.

“BLUE EYES”代表著“眼睛”，我們選用了稱(chēng)之為“理想之藍(lán)”的顏色。藍(lán)色盒子空間連接著一層戶(hù)外和二層室內(nèi)，我們可以通過(guò)盒子內(nèi)的孔洞進(jìn)行不同場(chǎng)景的觀(guān)察。盒子上方連接著二層的室內(nèi)，墻上的傳聲筒裝置是一種對(duì)話(huà)的象征，也為室內(nèi)增添了不少的趣味性。從藍(lán)盒子內(nèi)向外望去是風(fēng)景，我們期盼它看見(jiàn)的是純粹的理想。

“BLUE EYES” stands for ‘eyes’ and the color chosen is called ‘ideal blue’. The space of the blue box connects the outdoor area on the first floor and the indoor area on the second floor, and it is possible to observe different scenes through the holes inside the box. Above the box connects the interior of the second floor, and the microphone device on the wall is a symbol of conversation and adds a lot of fun to the interior. Looking out from the blue box is a landscape, and we expect it to see pure ideals.

盒子之內(nèi)宛如另一方天地，空間流動(dòng)，人們可以透過(guò)洞口看到不同的空間場(chǎng)景。盒子串聯(lián)起兩層通高，同時(shí)作為二樓護(hù)欄，向東西兩側(cè)的公共空間流動(dòng)。

Inside the box is like another world, the space flows and different scenes are seen through the hole. It connects the two floors and acts as a parapet on the second floor, flowing to the public spaces on the east and west sides.

地下室的下沉區(qū)域容納了主要的公共空間，用于社交和閱讀：客餐廳復(fù)合了水吧、餐桌、學(xué)習(xí)、工作、娛樂(lè)等多種使用場(chǎng)景，服務(wù)于下沉休閑區(qū)和影音室。餐廳操作臺(tái)的長(zhǎng)條開(kāi)窗提供了外面花園的景色，為廚房增添了充足的自然光線(xiàn)，并與窗外的植物產(chǎn)生聯(lián)系，把風(fēng)景裝裱了起來(lái)。

The sunken area in the basement accommodates the main public space for socializing-reading, and the guest dining room compounds a variety of use scenarios such as water bar, dining table, study, work, entertainment, etc., serving the sunken recreation area and the audio-visual room. A long casement window in the dining room operator's desk provides views of the garden outside and adds ample natural light to the kitchen, creating a connection with the plants outside the window and framing the landscape.

樓梯、核心筒以及不斷變化的高差同時(shí)出現(xiàn)。我們利用高差，打造出一塊下沉式的交流及休閑空間，使整體空間更加富有層次感，也能實(shí)現(xiàn)空間轉(zhuǎn)換與功能區(qū)域之間的錯(cuò)落感。

The staircase, the core, and the ever-changing height difference appear different scenes at the same time using the design of the height difference to create a piece of sunken communication and leisure space, which makes the overall space more layered, and also realizes the sense of staggering between spatial transitions and functional areas.

音樂(lè)教室

隨性、分享的空間

這里可以是L媽媽教學(xué)和分享的教室，也可以是朋友們來(lái)玩音樂(lè)的地方。空間嵌入的藍(lán)盒子也為大家提供了一個(gè)獨(dú)立的觀(guān)眾區(qū)，一種打破常規(guī)的交流方式。在這個(gè)公共空間里，人們的活動(dòng)和行為沒(méi)有受到局限，他們可以選擇喜歡的方式來(lái)利用這個(gè)空間，大面積的落地窗與多個(gè)進(jìn)出口則進(jìn)一步加強(qiáng)了音樂(lè)教室與戶(hù)外的聯(lián)系。

This can be a classroom for L's mom to teach and share, or a place for friends to come and play music... Seeband practice has started...The blue box embedded in the space also provides another independent audience area, which breaks down the conventional way of communication. In this public space, people's activities and behaviors are not limited, and they can choose to use the space in any way they like. The large floor-to-ceiling windows and multiple entrances and exits further strengthen the connection between the music room and the outdoors.

車(chē)庫(kù)咖啡

形成社區(qū)窗口

原來(lái)這里是一個(gè)停車(chē)庫(kù)，我們將其改造成一個(gè)多功能的空間。車(chē)庫(kù)咖啡與之前的創(chuàng)客咖啡相似，真的可以產(chǎn)生創(chuàng)意、甚至項(xiàng)目。我們把咖啡廳面向社區(qū)馬路，這個(gè)社區(qū)里，有很多優(yōu)秀的人們?cè)谶@里生活，未來(lái)某時(shí)候他們之間可能就會(huì)產(chǎn)生一些碰撞，產(chǎn)生很多場(chǎng)景。

The original bare columns of doubtful earth are interspersed with metal countertop to create a connection, forming an aesthetically pleasing and functional operating platform. 一起學(xué)習(xí)與成長(zhǎng)

這里設(shè)定了很多空間功能，其實(shí)都是可以自由切換的：那時(shí)還有大部頭書(shū)《論語(yǔ)》《圣經(jīng)》等的學(xué)習(xí)，這時(shí)可能J爸爸就帶著孩子探討經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)基礎(chǔ)，一會(huì)，J爸爸可能又沉浸在姐姐大提琴的音符里。

空間形體

形成一副立體的畫(huà)作

三層為私密的居家空間。我們選用暖白色基底涂料與木質(zhì)為主用材料覆蓋整個(gè)空間，自然地營(yíng)造出舒適松弛的家居氛圍。核心筒繼續(xù)延伸上來(lái)，像一根脊柱。它是主角，串起框架，但又像是配角，在每個(gè)空間里，平靜的存在、陪伴。

The third floor is a private living space. Warm white base coatings and wood-based materials are chosen to cover the entire space, naturally creating a comfortable and relaxing home atmosphere The core cylinder continues to extend up, like a spine, he is the protagonist, stringing up the framework, but also like a supporting role, in each space, calm presence and companionship.

在立面書(shū)墻的設(shè)計(jì)，我們采用紅、黃、藍(lán)三原色為點(diǎn)綴，加之以塊面劃分，形成不同線(xiàn)性的分割感。這似乎是蒙德里安，但不是要那么深的抽象高度。實(shí)際我們只是用了色彩的象征意義，基礎(chǔ)而自由。

溫暖松弛的房間

安靜自我的角落

房間整體基調(diào)簡(jiǎn)潔溫馨。特別之處是：我們抬高了一個(gè)錯(cuò)層打開(kāi)了一個(gè)橫向長(zhǎng)窗，與建筑外觀(guān)的突出窗框，形成了一個(gè)特定視覺(jué)范圍：不論做在地臺(tái)上，或者躺在床上，人們都能得到了一個(gè)最佳觀(guān)賞視口。

The overall tone of the room is simple and cozy. The special feature is that the elevation of a wrong floor opens a long horizontal window, which, together with the prominent window frame of the building's exterior, creates a specific visual range, so that no matter whether you are on the floor or lying on the bed, you get an optimal viewing angle.

遠(yuǎn)方的遠(yuǎn)山，就在眼前，寧?kù)o。

場(chǎng)景穿插

形成不同區(qū)域的對(duì)話(huà)

在四層閣樓，我們重新組織了結(jié)構(gòu)，形成了環(huán)繞核心筒的動(dòng)線(xiàn)：樓板挖了個(gè)空，裝了繩網(wǎng)，可以與三層對(duì)話(huà)，更多的是一種自由伸展與不同場(chǎng)景的穿插。

In the fourth floor attic, the structure has been reorganized to form a dynamic line around the core cylinder, the floor slab has been dug out and installed with a rope net, so that it can have a dialogue with the third floor, and it is more of a free stretching and interspersing of different scenes.

猶如心臟的紅盒子在這層起了一個(gè)意向，有功能性，但更重要是表達(dá)了一種探索的寓意：觸摸天空、觸摸邊界、探索可能性。

The red box, like a heart, has an intention on this floor, functional, but more importantly, it expresses a symbol of exploration, touching the sky, touching the boundary, exploring the possibilities.

紅色盒子內(nèi)部連接著一根黃色管道，人們順著爬梯攀爬上去，看見(jiàn)是蔚藍(lán)的天空。同時(shí)，它也借喻著一種期盼，一種向上的精神力量。但因?yàn)樵谑┕み^(guò)程中，屋頂并沒(méi)有開(kāi)孔挖洞，導(dǎo)致人們實(shí)際上并不能看到天空。作為一種精神寄托，樓梯依舊被保留下來(lái)。

inside the red box there is a yellow pipe connected to a ladder that climbs up to the azure sky.At the same time, it is also a metaphor for a kind of expectation, a kind of upward spiritual power, but because the roof was not opened and dug during the construction process, it is not possible to see the sky, but as a kind of spiritual support, the staircase is also still preserved.

原本這里建筑結(jié)構(gòu)是一個(gè)高窗，只是一個(gè)儲(chǔ)存的空間。但是我們想，這里也可以是一個(gè)獨(dú)處的空間：可以閱讀、可以發(fā)發(fā)呆看看天空……
